Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something's wrong, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You can request a return within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
How to Return
Contact us at aronotic1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll share the return details/address with you through the same courier service your order was shipped with.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or you got the wrong product, message us right away with photos of the item and packaging. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We can't accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
